Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, United Cabinets accepts returns under the following conditions:

- All returns must be pre-authorized by United Cabinets. To request authorization, please email: claim@unitedcabinetsmiami.com.
- Once items are returned, our warehouse inspector will review the condition and submit a return/exchange form to sales manager for approval.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of the original delivery or pickup date.
- The original delivery or freight charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all arranging and covering all return shipping cost.
- Returned items must be factory sealed, unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to avoid a restocking fee.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned products that have been opened but remain in their original packaging. Store credit will be issued for all approved returns.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or special-order products
- Assembled, installed, or modified cabinets
- Clearance or final sale items
- Glass doors
- Returns will not be processed for items that are incomplete, damaged, or missing parts.
United Cabinets reserves the right to refuse returns based on inspection results.
