Local Pick Up

Walk-In / Same Day Pick up (Flat Pack Order)

    • Order must be submitted before 12:00 p.m. (ET), and paid in full offline to qualify for same day pick up. 
    • For all order placed between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m (ET), next day pick up is available after 10:00 a.m. provided the order is fully submitted and paid.
    • Orders submitted after 4:00 p.m. (ET) may be processed on the next business day and will be available for pickup after 1:00 p.m. (ET).
    • Please note: This is an estimated timeline and not guaranteed.

United Cabinets In House Delivery

At United Cabinets, we provide professional in-house delivery by our own trusted drivers to ensure your cabinets arrive safely and are placed exactly where you need them.

Order Processing

    • Flat-packed orders (in-stock items only) typically ship within 1 - 2 full business days after full payment is received.
    • Assembly orders require 2 - 5 full business days to prepare
    • Note: These are estimates only. High order volume, weather, or unforeseen delays may affect processing and transit times.


Delivery Area

    • In-house delivery is available throughout select areas of South and Southwest Florida.
    • All delivery locations must be accessible by standard delivery truck.


Delivery Scheduling

    • Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday morning, excluding major holidays.
    • You will receive a call to confirm a delivery date and time window 24 - 48 hours in advance.
    • A responsible party must be present at the time of delivery to accept and sign for the order.


Delivery Process

    • Our driver will bring the cabinets inside and place them in one designated area on the ground floor (e.g., living room, garage, or kitchen).
    • Drivers do not unpack or assemble the cabinets.
    • For condo or apartment deliveries, there is an additional $100 handling fee due to stairways, elevators, and limited access logistics.


Inspection & Damages

    • Please inspect all packaging and items at the time of delivery.
    • Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
    • Concealed damage must be reported with photo documentation within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery Attempts & Fees

    • The delivery fee includes one scheduled delivery attempt.
    • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability will result in a redelivery charge.
    • Changes to the delivery address after dispatch may incur rerouting fees.

Delivery Charges

    • Delivery pricing varies by county and are subject to change without notice. Please reach out to your sales representative for the current rate.
    • Condo/apartment deliveries include a $100 surcharge in addition to the standard delivery rate.
